  WRITING ACTIVITY - COMPARATIVES WRITING COMPARISON  - Link to see the activity This was a writing activity in which we had to use comparatives, and we had to choose two things to compare to. In this case, I compared Japan and England and, as we already know, I used comparatives and adjectives to fulfill this activity. Now I think I could have written much more and much better, but I think that we can always improve and we learn from mistakes and now I feel that I can do a much better job.

 ADVERTISING A PRODUCT In this activity, we had to make an advertisement about a product, the particular thing about this is that it had to be very original and that it would attract the attention of the public. My ad was about some sweets and candies and I tried to be very creative and attract a lot of attention so, I used a lot of colors and images. I also considered the use of adjectives to describe the products I was promoting. I learned a lot about how to use adjectives correctly and how to write them in the correct order and I know that it will help me a lot for the future.

 INFOGRAPHIC ABOUT VERB TENSES Infographic  - Link to see the activity Here in this activity, I made several infographics on English verb tenses such as: present tenses, past tenses, and future tenses. Many of the aspects that have to do with these verb tenses, we have been studying them throughout the English career so, I already knew many of them beforehand but also, I have been able to learn new aspects that will help me a lot later. I must admit that I had forgotten some things so, I had to go back to investigate a little more about each and every one of the topics. So, to summarize, I must say that it was a lot of learning while doing this activity because as I highlighted earlier, I was able to remember forgotten things and learn new things about each topic and thanks to the activities done in class, I was able to strengthen them much more. 

  WRITING A REVIEW REVIEW  - Link to see the activity At the moment of doing this activity, we were learning about the use of the present tenses such as: Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continuous. This time I made a review about the beauty of the city of Santa Marta and everything that we can find there and some of its most touristy places.

INTRODUCING MYSELF Hello! My name is José Salgado Ricardo, I am 21 years old and I am from Buenavista - Cordoba. I am studying English at Universidad de Córdoba in Monteria. I studied at Marical high school in Sucre. When I started to study at university, I moved to Monteria but when the pandemic started I came back home to study from virtuality.  I like to do sports but I specially love riding horses, in fact, I have some horses in my farmhouse and I love going to horseriding races and horseback riding. I also like traveling and eating a lot.  The main objective of this portfolio, is to know the learning process that I followed during the grammar course this semester.
